Virtual Team Happiness featuring Tia Graham & hosted by Karen Guggenheim
Wednesday, May 13 – 12:00 PM ET
Brought to you by the WOHASU® Foundation
The virtual environment for employees and teams is transforming the way people are currently working. There are higher levels of stress, uncertainty, and anxiety for the entire population. Leaders who have always led teams in person now need to pivot and lead from a distance. The number one predictor of happiness is human connection and this is imperative as everyone is working from their homes. Happy employees make their customers happy & when customers are happy, the company is successful. In a 2015 Happiness & Productivity study from The University of Warwick, research demonstrated that happy employees are 10%-12% more productive than unhappy employees. Harvard’s Shawn Achor writes, “People who cultivate a positive mind-set perform better in the face of challenge. This is the “happiness advantage”—every business outcome shows improvement when the brain is positive.”
This webinar is for leaders, teams and employees of organizations who are interested in tangible ways to increase happiness while working virtually. Attendees will walk away with a toolkit that they can implement immediately. Attendees will learn and practice evidence-based behaviors and exercises around both results and relationships. The webinar will allow for group interaction and questions. The webinar will be led by Tia Graham, Founder of Arrive At Happy. Graham partners with organizations to teach happiness and transform cultures through workshops, retreats, keynote talks and culture work. She has a Certificate in Happiness Studies & a Certificate in Facilitating Happiness from Harvard’s Tal Ben-Shahar and is a Chief Happiness Officer Certificate. Tia is also a Certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.
