Tal Ben-Shahar, WOHASU Speaker, is an author and lecturer who taught the most popular class at Harvard University.

He taught two of the largest classes in Harvard University’s history, Positive Psychology and The Psychology of Leadership. Today, Tal consults and lectures around the world to executives in multi-national corporations, the general public, and at-risk populations.
The topics he lectures on include leadership, happiness, education, innovation, ethics, self-esteem, resilience, goal setting, and mindfulness. His books have been translated into more than twenty-five languages, and have appeared on best-sellers lists around the world. Tal is a serial entrepreneur and is the co-founder and chief learning officer of Happiness Studies Academy, Potentialife, Maytiv, and Happier.TV. An avid sportsman, Tal won the U.S. Intercollegiate and Israeli National squash championships. Today, for exercise, he swims, dances, and practices Yoga. He obtained his PhD in Organizational Behavior and BA in Philosophy and Psychology from Harvard. He is also the co-founder of The Happiness Studies Academy.

We will explore the importance of forgiveness and its influence on happiness. Dr. Fred Luskin’s method will offer powerful insight and a groundbreaking approach into the power of forgiveness and its benefits to your life. We will end the session with a Q&A.

Dr. Fred Luskin, WOHASU speaker, serves as Director of the Stanford Forgiveness Projects, an ongoing series of workshops and research projects that investigate the effectiveness of his forgiveness methods on a variety of populations. The Forgiveness Projects have successfully explored forgiveness therapy with people who suffered from the violence in Northern Ireland, Sierra Leone, as well as the attacks on the World Trade Center on 9/11.

In addition, Fred’s work has been successfully applied and researched in corporate, medical, legal and religious settings. He currently serves as a Senior Consultant in Health Promotion at Stanford University and is a Professor at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. He presents lectures, workshops, seminars and trainings on the importance, health benefits and training of forgiveness, stress management and emotional competence throughout the United States. He offers presentations and classes that range from one hour to ongoing weekly trainings.
