Mindful Flow Vinyasa is designed to help you find the space between poses while still retaining the calm and gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. This class will encompass a combination of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa and more flow than Hatha yoga. It will be a 50 minute Flow with a 5 minute Savasana followed by a Q & A with Rosie.
